Sandra Lopez

I am the Intake Coordinator and coordinator of mental health evaluations, as well as the corporate customer service coordinator at the Atlanta Counseling Institute. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University.

Since April 2024, I have worked as an Intake Coordinator in the area of mental health evaluations at the Atlanta Counseling Institute, providing support for the mental health evaluation process led by licensed professionals. In this role, I conduct bilingual intakes and collect relevant clinical information to appropriately guide the evaluation process. I also assist in organizing information in a clear and structured format for the clinical team of mental health professionals.

Additionally, in my role as corporate customer service coordinator, I work closely with clients, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals, coordinating updates and ensuring timely communication. I perform these duties while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and attention to detail. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and my goal is to ensure that all clients feel respected, supported, and understood. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as relaxing and practicing self-care.
