Edna Olvera

I am a bilingual (Spanish- English) Mexican native who came to the U.S at an early age. I graduated from Norcross High School and I am currently continuing my education. I have worked as a secretary for different firms and have an extensive knowledge of our clients’ needs.

 I am married and have four wonderful daughters. I enjoy spending quality time with them, love to volunteer, and help those in need. I am a Catechist at my church and an active member of Catholic Mission of Nuestra Señora de las Americas.

I am also the PTA president for Summerour Middle School. Because of this position, I initiated a “Fruit Stand,”this was a project where I incorporated healthy eating as well as Latin culture into the school. It was a success and I am in the process of bringing it to different schools throughout the county. I am an active leader of our community. I am a trustworthy and loyal individual, whom is not afraid of life’s next challenge.
