Manuel Navarrete

Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Peru, and have extensive professional experience in administration, team leadership, customer service, marketing, and security. I currently work as a Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator at the Counseling Institute of Atlanta and also work at Publix Super Markets, where I am a candidate for the position of Assistant Store Manager. My commitment to service began at a young age as a member of the General Corps of Volunteer Firefighters of Peru, an experience that strengthened my discipline, ability to respond to emergencies, and commitment to serving the community.

I later gained experience in diplomatic and airport security in Peru, including working in the protection of the United States Embassy and supervising security operations at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima. These experiences allowed me to develop strong skills in leadership, communication, supervision, and handling positions of responsibility.

After settling in Atlanta, I developed an extensive career in the restaurant industry. For 15 years, I served as a General Manager for Hoover Foods, a Wendy’s restaurant operator, and later worked for 9 years as General Manager of Embarcadero 41 in Peru. Upon returning to the United States, I continued developing my professional career with Fazoli’s, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Publix Super Markets, strengthening my experience in operations, team leadership, and customer service.

In addition to my work at Publix Super Markets, I currently serve as a Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator at the Counseling Institute of Atlanta, where I participate in initiatives aimed at increasing access to mental health services within the Latino community. My career between Peru and the United States reflects my commitment to leadership, service, responsibility, and professional growth. In 2026, I continue to embrace new challenges with gratitude, perseverance, and faith.
